Sometimes, email or Internet providers will block your Food Lion emails or flag them as SPAM. Here are some tips to ensure weekly delivery of the MVP Weekly Specials to your inbox:

Add our From Address to your email address book: CustomerService@Reply.FoodLionEmail.com. For Instructions on how to add an address to your address book, contact your email service provider or CLICK HERE.

Check to make sure Food Lion emails are not going to your Bulk, SPAM and Junk folders.

HOW MANY TEXT MESSAGES WILL I RECEIVE A MONTH?

You will not receive any text messages from Food Lion after you have successfully signed up for MVP weekly Ad specials email.

WHAT CARRIERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH FOOD LION SMS?

Compatible carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular and Cellular One.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CARRIER CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE?

There is no additional charge for Food Lion SMS services. Standard message and data rates apply for all incoming and outgoing text messages. Message rates differ from carrier to carrier, so please contact your wireless phone service provider to inquire about the details of your plan.

IS FOOD LION SMS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL USERS?

Food Lion SMS is currently only available for subscribers within the United States.
