We are taking every step possible to provide a safe and clean environment to serve you and have increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and added even more rigorous practices.

Is Food Lion requiring masks inside its stores?

As we have since the onset of the pandemic, we continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and abide by all state and local mandates. In accordance with the updated CDC guidance issued on 7/27, we strongly recommend that fully vaccinated customers and associates wear a face covering while in our stores in areas with substantial or high transmission of the virus as determined by the CDC. Customers that are not fully vaccinated are still required to wear a mask or face covering to shop in our store.

Is Food Lion administering a COVID-19 vaccine?

Are you able to get product from your vendors and suppliers?

We are in daily contact with our vendors and suppliers and are working with them in the most efficient way possible to get product into our stores and onto our shelves to serve our neighbors who are counting on us during this unprecedented time of need.

When will all items be fully stocked?

The availability of some items in the store is impacted nationally. We are in daily contact with our suppliers to address availability, and we are committed to getting supply onto our store shelves as quickly as we can.

Are Food Lion To Go pickup and delivery services still available?

To make it easy for customers, Food Lion has expanded our convenient Food Lion To Go grocery pickup service to more than 408 of our stores, and also offers delivery services in more than half of our footprint. Some items shown online may be out of stock. Your personal shopper will assist with substitutions where available.

How do I place a Food Lion To Go order?

Food Lion To Go pickup and delivery orders may be placed using the Food Lion To Go app or through shop.foodlion.com, where available.

Does Food Lion To Go offer contactless delivery

For Food Lion To Go delivery, there is now a touchless delivery option at checkout that allows you to place delivery comments such as place groceries on doorstep, on back porch, etc. The deliveries will be made contactless as instructed and may not be modified after selected.

How are you keeping associates and customers safe?

We have reminded our associates of the importance of being diligent in caring for themselves and have encouraged associates who are sick to stay home until they are well. We have updated the information we routinely provide them on proper handwashing and sanitizing practices.

How is Food Lion supporting its food bank partners and those in need in our communities?

Nourishing our neighbors is core to everything we do at Food Lion, and we know that many in our communities have been tremendously impacted by the recent school and business closures as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
