This mac n' cheese is so rich you will only need a small amount to enjoy the goodness!

Directions

  1. Bring pot full of water to a boil on medium heat.
  2. Cook shells to the point where nearly done, but still crunchy (about 15 minutes).
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  4. In a large bowl combine melted butter, two bags of cheese, carton of whipping cream, two eggs and pepper for flavor.
  5. Pour shells in large casserole dish and cover with cheese mixture. Layer the top with slices of block cheese.
  6. Cook, covered, in oven at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Then broil for 15 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and let stand for 3-5 minutes and serve!
