Ham and cheese subs are a simple and delicious option for lunch or quick dinner. Melted gooey cheese with honey ham on a toasted French hoagie sub roll.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Split the hoagie rolls. Line a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl with a spoon. Spread a thin layer of mustard mayonnaise mixture on each roll. Layer a few slices of honey ham on the bottom of each roll. Place 2 slices of each type of cheese on top of the ham. Place the top of the roll on the cheese.
- Place the subs on the half sheet pan. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are crunchy. Serve with freshly sliced tomato, pickles and chips.
