For this organic breakfast idea, heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray to make sure the eggs don’t stick. While the pan is heating, scramble your desired number of eggs in a bowl using a whisk.
Saute your bell peppers in the heated pan until they become tender. These take quite a bit longer to cook than the eggs, which is why it’s a good idea to get the peppers done first. After all, no one likes burnt eggs, right?

- Organic Oatmeal

Crafting this organic breakfast idea is simple! First, cook your oatmeal according to the instructions on the package. While the oatmeal is cooking, wash the berries and start chopping. The blueberries can stay whole, but you’ll need to chop the green tops off of your strawberries and slice them. Also, remove the peel from the banana and cut into ¼ inch slices.
Once your oatmeal is done, top it with fruit and drizzle with honey. And, if you want to add a little crunch (and some extra protein), sprinkle some chopped nuts on top. We recommend almonds or pecans for this recipe.

To make this organic breakfast idea, start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop your potatoes into ½ inch pieces and place into a small bowl. - Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- For every 4 slices of bread, beat together 1 egg and ¼ cup of milk. So, if you’re making 8 pieces of French toast, you’ll need 2 eggs and ½ cup of milk. Add a splash of vanilla extract and mix in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (or more if you like lots of cinnamon flavor).
- Once your pan is heated, spray with cooking spray.
